Meet Julianne

Hi! I’m Julianne—a Mental Health Professional in Snohomish, WA and a DCA® Certified ADR Divorce Coach.

I earned my MA in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology with a focus on trauma and abuse. My Certificate in Narrative Framework Trauma Care, Level II equips me to walk alongside clients as they explore their own stories—uncovering patterns, themes and unspoken binds. I love seeing clients shift in ways that create space for self-compassion and greater self-understanding.

My interest in learning about betrayal trauma led me to certification in the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model (through APSATS). My scope of work does not involve couple’s recovery work, but I am happy to provide a referral to trusted colleagues who specialize in this area. I work with betrayed partners who are navigating a marital split—while guiding them through the common stages of (nonlinear) healing.

To further support trauma recovery, I completed EMDR Basic Training Parts 1 & 2 with Stacy Stoddard, through the Therapist Education Institute. I introduce EMDR only when clients are ready and in the post-traumatic growth phase. I like to begin with the Calm Place exercise to help clients find moments of peace outside of sessions.

If you’re interested in divorce coaching (rather than therapy), my training as a DCA® Certified ADR Divorce Coach offers practical strategies for navigating the complexities of separation and divorce, including collaborative problem-solving, emotional regulation, and clear communication. Together, we’ll focus on where you want to go next—identifying practical steps to give you clarity, confidence, and hope for the future.

You can find more about my approach, services, and fees on my Offerings page. I look forward to working with you! Welcome.
