Counseling

$175 per 50-minute session

My therapeutic approach is informed by interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory and relational psychodynamic work. Simply put, we’ll explore how past experiences and relationships shape current issues and stressors. This framework encourages greater self-understanding and curiosity around patterns and coping strategies, especially those developed early on as a means for survival.

As a trauma-informed clinician, I use an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs. There is no “one size fits all” method in my practice. My aim is to support your growth and help you find meaningful relief from present challenges—utilizing tools such as Storywork, EMDR, Self-Compassion Resourcing, IFS, mindfulness, and other effective resources.

I am trained in Narrative Framework Trauma Care (Level II, Allender Center), EMDR (Therapist Education Institute), and the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model (APSATS) for those navigating intimate partner betrayal. You are worthy of care, compassion, and understanding—and you are not meant to walk this path alone.

Coaching

$175 per 50-minute session

As a DCA® Certified ADR Divorce Coach, I offer One-on-One Coaching for adult individuals contemplating divorce, in the midst of divorce or in the post-divorce phase. Whichever stage you are in, we can work together to navigate these uncertain waters.

Oftentimes, it is said there is no such thing as an amicable divorce because divorce in itself is conflict. My approach uses principles of alternative dispute resolution to assist you in developing a plan that mitigates the adverse effects of a marital split, even when collaboration isn’t possible. I recognize the complexities of divorce and its impact on your family, finances, and emotional well-being.

I’m here to support you whether you’re considering divorce (the contemplation stage), feeling stuck in uncertainty (‘divorce limbo’), or adjusting to life post-divorce. I meet you exactly where you are, offering support and understanding each step along the way.
