Counseling

$160 per 50-minute session

My therapeutic approach is informed by relational psychodynamic theory, attachment-based modalities and interpersonal neurobiology. I specialize in working with adult individuals navigating difficult life transitions—such as separation or divorce, death of a spouse, empty nesting, a career shift, relocation, a crisis of faith, and/or estrangement from family.

Together, we’ll process complex emotions that come with loss and explore emotional needs and desires in the midst of change. We will also explore personal styles of relating informed by attachment theory—often developed early on, as a means for survival. This framework encourages greater self-understanding and curiosity around patterns and coping mechanisms.

My aim is to support your growth and help you find relief from present challenges—utilizing tools such as Storywork, EMDR, Self-Compassion Resourcing, IFS-informed practices, mindfulness, and other effective tools.

Coaching

$175 per 75-minute session

As a DCA® Certified Divorce Coach with credentials in ADR & Pre-Mediation, I offer 1:1 coaching for adults contemplating separation or actively moving through the process. Whatever stage you’re in, we can work together to navigate these uncertain waters with more clarity and support.

My coaching services are organized into two specialties:

Clarity Coaching – Stay, Re-Envision or Separate
For those in the contemplation stage. We slow down, clarify your values, explore personal and relational boundaries while creating space for emotional processing and grounding so you can make an informed decision about the future of your relationship.

Pre-Mediation Coaching — Plan, Prepare & Advocate
For those in active legal separation or divorce. We focus on preparation for mediation by organizing information, exploring options, understanding proposal development, and managing triggers so you can negotiate with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
