How I Work
My therapeutic approach is grounded in attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology. Clients are encouraged to cultivate curiosity around their own story, to understand personal limits, and to learn from the wisdom of the body. The goal is to move from a dysregulated state toward post-traumatic growth; from fragmentation toward integration.
Individual Counseling
I often work with clients who feel disoriented by their current situation or ongoing circumstances. I am here to help guide you, and to navigate the grief and uncertainty that comes with loss—whether facing betrayal, separation, divorce, estrangement, or another life transition.
Together, we work on exploring what you need to thrive, rather than survive.
You are not alone.
Our work in therapy will involve processing complex emotions that come with loss. We will explore your "style of relating" informed by attachment theory—often developed early on, as a means for survival. This framework encourages greater self-understanding around coping mechanisms.
