Counseling
My therapeutic approach is informed by both attachment and relational psychodynamic theory. I enjoy working with clients who want to have a better understanding of their story and open to learning from the wisdom of their body - whether facing anxiety, fear, grief, depression, or loss around a life transition—such as separation or divorce, the death of a spouse, family estrangement, crisis of faith, or those in the post-parental phase.
My aim is to support your process as you navigate present challenges—utilizing tools such as Storywork, Self-Compassion and IFS-informed practices, and other effective resourcing, such as EMDR. Together, we’ll process complex emotions that come with loss and explore needs in the midst of change. We will also explore styles of relating informed by attachment theory—often developed early on, as a means for survival. This framework encourages greater self-understanding and curiosity around coping mechanisms.

This is a curriculum-based group with intentional psychoeducation around attachment, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, boundary-setting and more. The next group begins early November (or when 4 participants registered).

Coaching
As a DCA® Certified Divorce Coach with credentials in Alternative Dispute Resolution & Pre-Mediation, I offer Individual & Group Coaching for those actively in the process. You do not have to live in WA state to work with me, as your coach.
Individual Coaching
The process of separation or divorce after a long-term marriage can be disorienting and destabilizing, even when it may be a necessary ending. The uncertainty of what’s to come in the near or distant future can feel as though you are in sinking sand. Here, we slow things down, clarify your needs, practice self-compassion, explore interest-based decisions, and rehearse language for hard conversations. The goal is to lower the temperature of your divorce, reduce unnecessary conflict, and protect your emotional and financial resources. Together, we work toward understanding the overall picture so you can see your options clearly and make decisions that support a more stable, secure future.
$175/session (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly)
$800 for 5-session package
Group Coaching
When your home, money, and future feel up in the air, it can be a lot to manage on your own. As a Certified BRIDGE™ Group Facilitator through the Women's Financial Wellness Center, I offer a six-month weekly program designed to support and empower you to move through the divorce process with more confidence—not overcompensating to keep the peace but moving toward a fair, balanced marital settlement agreement.
Inside, you'll learn how to get clarity on your financial picture before negotiations even begin, learn how to spot any red flags, choose an attorney who will advocate for you, and walk into every decision with a roadmap, but your first step doesn't have to be a six-month commitment. It can start with 30 minutes by watching the free mini-course below.
When you're ready to go further, that roadmap becomes real inside Group Coaching where I offer weekly Office Hours and Q&A and a plethora of resources, including a secure system for important documents and other professional resources (think business valuations, divorce lending professionals, mediator recs and more) where you bring your real situation and leave with a real strategy, not more conflicting advice.
We help you get to the other side!
